The goal is to complete as many sets as you can.
The set consists of:
5 plyo clap push ups
5 burpee jumps
25 meter lunges
25 meter sprint
We completed 8 sets in the 12 minutes.

This Blog has been set up to critique circuit training programs to give feed back to our followers and to find the most effective and efficient workout. Our perspective is to live healthy and to train for what life throws at you. You never know what emergency situation you may find yourself in. If you are advanced or a beginner, these workouts can all be modified to your level. We would be happy to take requests to try new circuit programs to evaluate the level of difficulty and functionality.
